When will I receive my refund?

Product Refunds For Cash on Delivery orders: Please give us your bank details via our customer care email – hello@unboundcult.com. We take 7 working days to process refunds.

For Online Payment Orders: We take 24 hours to process refunds directly to the registered bank account linked to your purchase on our website.

For customised orders: No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.

How can I cancel an order I placed?
Please email us at helo@unboundcult.com with your order number and the reason you would like to cancel it. This has to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation after that is treated as a refund.
Do you have a warranty on your products?

Shipping in India is free of cost.
what is your return Policy?

How do I return my item?

We will pick up the product from your registered address and issue you a full refund after receiving the product back at our registered warehouse.

Please note that the product cannot be used in this timeframe and then returned back to us. Refunds will not be entertained in such cases.
